FLINT TIMBER L.P.

Flint Timber company is owned by an experienced group of land professionals who explore acquisition opportunities, determine if the available land is in a prime location, and decide how to best realize its potential.

In our Mountaintown Creek community we have attempted to identify the ecologically sensitive land, interconnect these areas through a series of riverbank parks and greenways, and allow them to become both the essence and roots of our community. We established areas that should be developed, and more importantly, areas that should be preserved. We have envisioned various lifestyle options for our future residents, preserved important views and chosen amenities designed for enrichment and enjoyment of our naturally abundant resources.

With diligence, care and respect for our surroundings we hope to bring this community to life and create a new standard for the next generation of master planned communities.
